Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sygne Labs LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, covering your use of the Sygne analytics platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Sygne.

These documents form part of this agreement:

• The Disclaimer, which explains that Sygne provides analytics and not advice. Read it before acting on anything you see here.
• The Privacy Policy, which describes what data Sygne collects and which processors it uses.
• The Billing Terms, which govern subscription pricing, cancellation and refunds.

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are. Sygne may restrict access in jurisdictions where offering the service is not practical.

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide an email address you control, since account recovery depends on it. Tell Sygne promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Accounts are for a single person. Do not share credentials, and do not resell or redistribute access.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk extract data from the platform, or circumvent rate limits.
• Resell, redistribute or publicly republish Sygne data or computed metrics as your own product.
• Reverse engineer the scoring methodology for the purpose of reproducing it commercially.
• Interfere with the platform's operation, probe its security, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Use the platform to break the law or to facilitate market manipulation.
• Present Sygne output to others as investment advice or as a signal service.

Sygne provides on-chain analytics and historical data. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment or trading advice, and Sygne Labs LLC is not a registered investment adviser. Conviction scores and discipline grades are proprietary computed metrics, not ratings of any person or of investment merit. Past performance does not predict future results. The Disclaimer sets this out in full and is incorporated into these terms.

Sygne Labs LLC is a separate legal entity from Signs Club. The SIGNS token is not equity, shares, or any other ownership interest in Sygne Labs LLC. Holding SIGNS confers no revenue share, no profit participation, no dividend, no distribution, no voting right and no governance right over Sygne Labs LLC or the Sygne product.

The only function SIGNS has within Sygne is unlocking subscription tiers for qualifying members, as described in the Billing Terms. That access is a feature of the platform and may be changed or withdrawn. Nothing on Sygne is a recommendation to acquire SIGNS or any other asset.

Sygne Labs LLC owns the platform, its interface, and the scoring methodology behind the conviction score and discipline grade. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform for your own analysis. They transfer no ownership.

The underlying blockchain data is public and is not claimed by Sygne Labs LLC. The selection, computation and presentation of that data are.

Sygne is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and the platform may be unavailable for maintenance or because a third party data source is down.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sygne Labs LLC is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including any decision you make on the basis of data or metrics shown here.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Sygne Labs LLC for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid to Sygne Labs LLC in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limitations apply only so far as the law allows.

You may stop using Sygne and delete your account at any time. Sygne Labs LLC may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used to abuse the platform, or where required by law. Where a paid subscription is terminated by Sygne Labs LLC without cause, the unused portion of the current paid period will be refunded.

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continuing to use Sygne after a change means you accept the revised terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in Ohio have jurisdiction over disputes arising from it, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
