Billing terms

Sygne has a free tier and two paid tiers, billed monthly in United States dollars:

• Free. Three tracked wallets and a top slice of the discovery feed. No charge.
• Pro. $29.99 per month. Fifty tracked wallets, the full discovery feed, and discipline filtering.
• Power. $49.99 per month. Unlimited watchlist, conviction, discipline and liquidity tier filters, score history on the tracker, and priority warm data.

Prices are exclusive of tax. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout and added to the amount charged.

Paid plans are subscriptions. The first charge is taken when you complete checkout, and the subscription renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Sygne does not see or store your card details.

If a renewal payment fails, access may be reduced to the free tier until payment succeeds.

You can cancel at any time from the account page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

You keep full access to your paid tier until that period ends. Nothing is cut off at the moment you cancel. When the period ends, the account returns to the free tier, and watchlist entries above the free limit become inaccessible rather than deleted.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable, including partial months after a cancellation. Because cancellation preserves access through the end of the paid period, you receive the full month you paid for.

Sygne will consider refunds for duplicate charges, charges taken after a completed cancellation, and extended outages that made the paid features unusable. Contact Sygne Labs LLC with the details. Statutory refund and withdrawal rights that apply where you live are not affected by this section.

Sygne may change subscription pricing. Any change to the price of an existing subscription will be communicated in advance, and will take effect no earlier than your next renewal. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before that renewal.

There is a second route to paid features that involves no cash charge. Signs Club membership tiers unlock Sygne tiers directly:

• Core membership grants Pro access.
• Elite membership grants Power access.

Holder access is granted for as long as the membership qualifies. Sygne re-checks eligibility periodically by reading public token balances for the linked wallet, and caches the result for a limited period. If holdings fall below the qualifying threshold, access returns to the tier you qualify for at the next check.

Holder access is a courtesy tied to membership, not a purchased entitlement. It is not a refund of, credit toward, or substitute for a subscription, and it can change if the membership program changes. If you hold both an active paid subscription and qualifying membership, you receive the higher of the two tiers, and the subscription is still charged until you cancel it.
