Privacy policy

This policy covers the Sygne analytics product operated by Sygne Labs LLC. It describes the data Sygne actually collects in its current form. Where a section says Sygne does not collect something, that reflects the product as built.

Authentication runs on Better Auth. When you create an account, Sygne stores:

• Your email address, and whether it has been verified.
• A hash of your password. Sygne never stores your password in plain text and cannot read it.
• A display name, which defaults to the first part of your email address if you do not set one.
• Account creation and update timestamps.
• Short-lived verification and password reset tokens, which expire.

Each active sign-in creates a session record holding a session token, an expiry, and the IP address and browser user agent seen at sign-in. Sessions expire after seven days and are deleted when you sign out.

Linking a Solana wallet is optional and only needed for holder access. If you link one, Sygne stores the public wallet address and the signature record that proves you control it. Sygne never has access to your private keys and cannot move funds.

To check holder eligibility, Sygne sends your public wallet address to a Solana RPC provider to read token balances. It reads balances for the specific mints that determine access and does not retain a broader picture of your holdings.

Sygne caches the result of an access check so it does not have to re-read the chain on every request. The cached record holds the product tier it resolved to, where that tier came from (a subscription, a token holding, or a manual grant), an expiry, and small related metadata such as a Stripe subscription identifier. Holder checks are cached for a limited period and then recomputed.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Sygne stores the Stripe customer identifier, the subscription identifier, the price identifier, the subscription status, the current period end, and whether the subscription is set to cancel at period end.

Sygne does not receive, handle or store your card number, card expiry, security code or billing address. Those go to Stripe directly. See the Billing Terms for how subscriptions work.

Each watchlist entry stores the public wallet address you added, an optional label you choose, and when you added it. Labels are free text, so avoid putting anything sensitive in them.

Sygne stores periodic snapshots of scores computed for public wallet addresses, including the conviction score, discipline grade, account value, margin usage ratio and return on investment. This data describes public blockchain activity and is not tied to your account.

Sygne relies on these third parties to operate:

• Stripe, for subscription payments, the customer portal, and billing webhooks.
• Resend, for transactional email only: email verification and password reset messages. Sygne does not send marketing email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a bot check on the sign-up form and receives the visitor data needed to make that assessment.
• Upstash Redis, which stores short-lived rate limit counters keyed by IP address and endpoint.
• A Solana RPC provider, which receives a linked public wallet address to read token balances.
• Hyperliquid public APIs, which receive the public wallet addresses Sygne looks up.
• A managed Postgres database and Vercel hosting.

• No advertising, no advertising identifiers, and no third party advertising or behavioral tracking pixels.
• No sale of personal information.
• No marketing email. Email is transactional only.
• No access to private keys, seed phrases or funds.
• No collection of card details.

Account, watchlist, entitlement and subscription records are kept while your account is open. Sessions expire on their own. Deleting your account removes your sessions, linked accounts, entitlements, subscription records and watchlist entries. Sygne may retain a limited billing history where it is required to for tax or accounting purposes, and snapshots of public wallet analytics are unaffected because they are not tied to your account.

To access, correct, export or delete your data, or to ask a question about this policy, contact Sygne Labs LLC through the address published on the site. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal data, and Sygne will honor valid requests it receives.

Sygne shares a database with Signs Club, which is operated separately. Records described in this policy are the ones the Sygne product reads and writes. If you also hold a Signs Club account, activity you undertake there is governed by that product and its own terms.
