Analytics, not advice

Read this before you act on anything you see on Sygne.

This document is a draft pending attorney review. It describes how Sygne currently operates and is published for transparency. It has not been reviewed by counsel and may change without notice.

What Sygne is

Sygne is an analytics tool. It reads publicly available on-chain data, computes metrics from it, and displays the result. That is the whole of what the product does.

Everything shown on Sygne is historical or current market data and derived measurement. It is descriptive. It tells you what an address has already done. It does not tell you what any asset will do next, and it is not built to.

Nothing here is financial advice

No part of Sygne is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax or accounting advice. No content, score, grade, ranking, filter, alert or data point on this platform is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell or hold any asset.

Sygne Labs LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant or commodity trading advisor with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, or any other regulator. It does not provide personalized investment recommendations and does not manage client assets. Nothing on this platform creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship of any kind.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Consider consulting a licensed professional who understands your circumstances before acting.

Displayed trader activity is public data, not a recommendation

Sygne surfaces wallet addresses and their trading activity from public blockchain and exchange data. Appearing on Sygne is not an endorsement, a rating of the person or entity behind an address, or a suggestion that you copy any position.

Sygne has no relationship with the addresses it displays. It cannot verify who controls an address, whether an address is one participant or many, whether positions shown are hedged elsewhere, or whether the activity is part of a strategy that makes no sense to replicate in isolation. Copying a position you do not understand, on a different account size, at a different entry, with different risk tolerance, is your decision and your risk alone.

Past performance does not predict future results

Historical returns, realized profit and loss, return on investment, win rates and every other backward-looking figure on Sygne describe what has already happened. They do not predict future results and should not be read as an expectation of them.

Digital asset markets are volatile. Leveraged positions can lose more than their margin. You can lose all of the money you put at risk.

Conviction scores and discipline grades are computed metrics

The conviction score and the discipline grade are proprietary metrics that Sygne computes from observable on-chain data using its own formulas. Sygne chooses the inputs and the weightings, and may change either at any time without notice.

These metrics are not credit ratings, not investment ratings, and not an assessment of any person, entity, or of the investment merit of any asset or strategy. A discipline grade describes a measured relationship between margin used and account value at a point in time. It is descriptive rather than good or bad. A high conviction score does not mean an address is likely to be profitable, and a low one does not mean it is not.

Sygne displays these metrics under its own labels. The label is a name for a computed number, not a judgment about a trader.

Data accuracy and availability

Sygne depends on third party data sources including public blockchain RPC providers and exchange APIs. Data may be delayed, cached, incomplete, out of order or wrong. Snapshots may be served when live data is unavailable, and the interface indicates when that happens. Sygne does not warrant that any figure is accurate, current or complete, and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

No relationship to the SIGNS token

Sygne Labs LLC is a separate company from Signs Club. Holding the SIGNS token can unlock access to Sygne subscription features, as described in the Billing Terms. That is the extent of the connection. The SIGNS token is not equity in Sygne Labs LLC, carries no revenue share, and nothing on Sygne is a recommendation to acquire it.
